I'm a storyteller, I have this insatiable desire to document life situations through photographs. For me it's always the small details, the odd peculiarities that fascinate me most. I find it's a combination of these so often forgotten and missed details which help us remember the places and people that we love. I breathe in the collective results of a set of photographs and I begin to imagine I'm in that place again, what it's like to feel in that place again.
It is this simple passion to move people with imagery that drives and underpins my absolute love for photography. I take pleasure in finding new and interesting compositions, capturing fleeting yet precious moments of life, telling stories that are easily missed, using colour and light to inspire passion, being somewhere at the right moment in time.
One of my major goals is not to let life slip by unnoticed – I understand the deep value and importance of documenting life, highlighting the grand occasions that define relationships along with the small acts of living and loving that are so easily overlooked.
